Single-hive dark amber

A single-hive release, pulled from one frame on one summer afternoon. Deep amber, almost mahogany, with notes of molasses, toasted bark and a faint smokiness from the ironbark in flower that week.

Only 120 numbered jars per season. When they're gone, they're gone — the next Limited Harvest will taste of whatever the bush is doing twelve months from now.
