Creamed Honey

Whipped to a velvet spoonful

The same raw bush honey as our signature jar, slow-stirred at cellar temperature for a week until it sets to a smooth, spoonable cream. Nothing added, nothing removed — just a different texture.

Pale gold and softly sweet. The one we reach for on warm sourdough, into porridge, or across a wheel of brie.
