“A curious young beekeeper and a love of the Australian Bush.”
Our Story
It started with a boy, a few hives, and a love of the bush.
Hugo was nine when he set up his first hive at the back of our farm in the Hunter Valley. Today he tends ten — quietly, carefully, with his father alongside him.
Every jar of Hugo’s Honey is harvested, extracted and packed by hand on the farm. Nothing heated, nothing filtered, nothing added.
